Susan Michaud
Business Manager
Sue is a long-time and valued member of the practice, having been with Vanishing Veins from its prenatal days. She brings a wealth of experience to her job and has worked in the health care industry for over 20 years. Sue worked at several hospitals in the Connecticut/ Massachusetts region including Brockton Hospital, Goddard Hospital, St Francis Hospital and Manchester Hospital and has also managed Ichor, a clinical research facility. In 1990 she moved into the world of private medical offices and became the practice manager of Gastrocare, the offices of Bruce E. Stein, MD. Her obvious talents led to rapid advancement in this sphere and for 10 years she has been an office/practice manager. This past year she was promoted to the position of business manager of Vanishing Veins and Vivesse. A hallmark of her approach is her compassionate understanding of the needs of patients. She has a combination of empathy and competence that is rare to find. |
